The Palestinian Conflict and The University of Arkansas

There is an act imposed at my university that unfairly targets supporters of Palestine in the conflict, and it would help if any of you could sign it regardless of whether you attend this university or not; Essentially, it restricts guests/public speakers from presenting if they boycott Israel- they are required to sign, agreeing that they do not, in order to speak here. This is clearly infringing on personal rights and freedoms, but this petition is being frequently overlooked. It would be much appreciated if you could sign this, thank you.
