Anaplastology

Hello, I know this is kind of a obscure job that nobody does, but, what would it take to become an anaplastologist? It has been a interest of mine for a long time and I think i would like to pursue it. It feels kind of weird having my passion change from animator to anaplastologist, but the idea that art can help people is such a cool concept.
