Dear god i got so many good shows. It kinda depends on what kind of media you like. Some of my favorites include:
Sitcom like shows: Community, What We Do In The Shadows, New Girl, Superstore, Abbot Elementary, The Sex Lives of College Girls
Cartoons (Kids):Steven Universe, The Owl House, Hilda, The Dragon Prince, Kipo and the Age of the Wonderbeasts, Avatar the Last Airbender, Gravity Falls
Cartoons (Teens/Adults): Scott Pilgrim Takes Off, Young Justice, Invincible, Arcane, Harley Quinn, Primal, Adventure Time: Fionna & Cake, Bee & Puppycat, Legend of Korra (mainly Season 3 & 4) the Midnight Gospel, Inside Job, Scavengers Reign, Blue Eye Samurai
Shows that are more dramatic or heavy: Gen V, Atlanta, I Am Not Okay With This
Josei Anime: Nana, Bocchi The Rock!, Michiko to Hachin, Princess Jellyfish, Honey and Clover, Yuri On Ice, Paradise Kiss,

Oh and anything by Junji Ito. I've only read his manga but I hear he has some anime adaptations of his stuff too
