I think the best movie ever is either "Fear and Loathing in Las-Vegas" or "Big Fish". Both are the only ones that actually portray how the human mind and imagination works - memory, visuals, subjective feelings, all PERFECTLY filmed, straight up from someone's brain. They are the examples of how do you narrate a movie from someone's exact point of view. Tim Burton is the only one living director who possess this skill right now and it's very sad tbh.

Best cartoon? Samurai Jack lmao. It can be viewed by all ages, by all I mean both children and adults. It's like an extremely rare cosmic phenomenon people see once in a hundred years, just SO GOOD. I feel a little bit proud from sharing the same old country with it's creator. Tartakovsky is an OG of animation.
