saw a ghost, eugh

so like seeing ghosts usually isnt a big deal for me, ive seen a lot of em before but nothing like this
i was standing in my kitchen and i felt this really heavy feeling of like, someone watching me and i turn around and i see this really tall lanky figure peekin around the corner
he was wearing a white tank top but the weirdest part was that his face looked like smudged paint. hella creepy

has anyone else seen/experienced smth like this ? <3
edit: this was 2-4 years ago, i dont remember any other details
