Those who are Brazilian may be familiar with the Araguaia Guerrilla, a guerrilla action carried out by the Communist Party of Brazil (PCdoB) on the banks of the Araguaia River, in the Amazon Rainforest.The guerrillas were defeated in 1974, under the military dictatorial government. In the link below, there are documents and reports that took 7 years and remained confidential during the military dictatorship (1964-1985) as they were war matters, therefore, secret. All documents served as the basis for the book "Araguaia Operation- The secret archives of the guerrilla".
