I really really love horror movies but nowadays one of them scares me or leaves me feeling uneasy that others have left me with.

i cannot recommend REC (2007) enough. Its a Spanish found footage film that really got me terrified and made me not be able to sleep because of how real it was.

It's a few years old now but Gonjiam Haunted Asylum is actually a pretty cool one. While not super scary or anything, if you like found footage stuff, Noroi: The Curse and Lake Mungo are both nice movies.

I'd totally have to recommend Anthram,Barbarian and the Poughkeepsie tapes (heavy trigger warning for the last one tho.) Ive been kinda desensitized to horror after primarily watching it all these years but these three films have really done a good job having an unsettling and unnerving environment without solely overusing cheap jumpscares to get ya
