College Studying Tips??

COLOURFUL NOTES !! they saved my life. every chapter has its colour and you make it look pretty during classes when you underline and take additional notes. if you have good prefessors, listen carefully and take notes. gaslight yourself into thinking that the lectures are interesting (actually helped me a lot)

read one chapter, repeat what you remember, read it again and then write it down with your own words and then pretend that youre a professor teaching someone 

you can also use focus apps or this site https://lifeat.io , honestly, this method doesnt work for me, but it worked for my friends
