Lego Batman, absolutely no competition.
Also, it's not a movie, but Holy Musical B@man! is absolutely incredible. It's funny, it's campy, it's colorful, the music is great. Everything Batman should be, imho.

Pretty late to this, But Batman: Under The Red Hood has a special place in my heart! I grew up on that movie haha!

I think my favorite would have to be Under the Red Hood because I find it such an amazing Batman movie and how he sees Jason Todd as his greatest failure.
