Disturbing thing

I woke up this morning and immediately thought "Why does nobody visit my grave anymore? I was a good person right?" And then after idk how much time passed I was like wait i dont have a grave...... I felt uneasy for the rest of the day... Does anyone have a clue of what had happened?? Note: I had sleep paralysis that night, idk if that would change anything.
