You should listen to Fiona Apple!! Tidal is probably her most Lana-esque album, but her others are good too! Also, I really like Mitski, but I don’t know if others would think she fits the mood you’re going for. I think she does, but that’s just me. The Cardigans were a ‘90s band, and they definitely fit the bill!!! Have a great day <3
