do you believe in the power of energy?

In most religions, a majority of people claim that energy is basically the soul within.

They say how energy is the path to and from whatever you do, as physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. 

So I kinda believe that, but I say that yes, your soul has energy, but objects have energy. They don't have a soul. 

I believe everything is energy, everything holds it. I think it's true form is smaller then atoms themselves. I mean, atoms have energy, so that's logical right? 

Beliefs are different though, and that's okay. :)

I really have to force myself to stop typing or I'll keep spewing nonsense. 

I always cringe when people use the word energy because it is overly used to insinuate some great mystical, vague thing. 

That being said, yes. I believe the energy you are referring to and consciousness are the same thing.
