I've seen people wondering where they can post their webcomics and all, here's a small list of websites for different types of comics, feel free to post the ones you know too!

For Webtoon style comics (the ones that are one long page that you scroll through):

Adding Neocities for the traditional format. Or pretty much anything that allows you to make a website with custom HTML/CSS.

It's a lot harder to get readers that way but there are options out there. You could join a comics collective or use a webcomics list to advertise. Some collectives require a custom site anyway and will refuse to allow Webtoon comics. Or you could join a webring. Stuff like that.
