sometimes browsing fandom.com I get redirected to shady websites, mainly one pestering me to get mcafee antivirus saying my computer has malware. No other site for me does this so is anyone else experiencing the same issue on fandom??

don’t know what the hell is going on with those two guys but it wouldn’t surprise me if something were going on with the website. just in general don’t use fandom. if you’re looking for a wiki article through then use breezewiki (it’s currently down right now but it’ll be up again soon), it takes away all the hellish ads that make up the site. if you’re on pc also, firefox and adblockers are your best friend.
