I personally think the ideal floor is either a Spanish Tile floor or a Polished Hardwood Cherry Oak floor. I like the way the tile keeps the floor cool throughout the summer, and it's got a nice simple design. Plus it's easy to clean. Of course Oak floors are a classic, but polishing the floor regularly would get to me. But they look soooo good with matching decor and the right rug!

I’d say my ideal floor is one that’s durable, easy to maintain, and still looks great. In my experience with flooring estimating, getting the balance right between material choice and cost makes all the difference a beautiful floor shouldn’t come with unexpected headaches later.
