Fursona creating tips?

I'm probably late but a couple of things that i would suggest to do are:

1) Using some kind of generator/creator app/website. The more variety of design elements the better, it can really spark some inspiration. I think that it's a good starting point
2) Don't be afraid of changing sona's design after it was already created - a lot of furries change their designs constantly and there's no problem with that!

I usually just made a sona because I saw someone elses species and liked it :3

also for outfits, I just dress them in an aesthetic id wanna wear/have

1) use a generator app! Generator apps can really help out mapping out a design

2) look up mystical/legendary animals- these can help with inspiration and with designing. Some fursonas are mythical creatures! 

3) make a mood board- these help see what vibe you want your character to have!
