What a way to start the year... It's a shame because I always thought the Briscoes should have been big, their promos and energy were amazing, you couldn't even tell where the gimmick began and where it was their real personality, which is how pro wrestling should be.
The funny thing is that I probably wouldn't have found out about Ring of Honor if it wasn't for Myspace at the time in the mid 2000s. At the time, WWE had it's up and downs and couldn't keep consistency and TNA was too goofy but they had amazing talent so it was like a breath of fresh air to see that there was a promotion in between that had amazing talent and no sports entertainment soap opera. And it was mostly thanks to people uploading Ring of Honor videos to Myspace that people like me, who didn't live in the USA, knew about it.
Do you guys have any fond memories of the Briscoes or the old Ring of Honor.
