Horror/sci-fi recs?

You've probably already heard of/read Annihilation by Jeff VanderMeer but I have to mention it just in case because its such a good book! Apart from that though I'd really recommend Negative Space by B.R. Yeager, The Girl with All the Gifts by M.R. Carey and I'm Thinking of Ending Things by Iain Reid!!

All systems red by Martha Wells is pretty fun if you like introverted robots :3

All Tomorrows by C.M. Kosemen is one of the greatest pieces of speculative evolution fiction ever, and also awesomely existentially terrifying. It's also a quick read, and it's illustrated! 

Dexter by Jeff Lindsey, idk whether it was based on the tv series or the tv serries was based on the book.
