Favorite modpacks or types of modpacks?

I don't think I have a favorite modpack but I do enjoy progression modpacks or ones that make survival a little more challenging and feels much more rewarding when you don't have to worry about staying alive anymore.

For example I kinda wanna try Sevtech Ages again. I played it some and the progression in it was really cool and I like having goals to work towards. I also wanna give IRLcraft another shot, I got absolutely rekt when I tried it but that just makes me want to overcome it one day.
