places to get y2k/scene clothing?

hellooo, i wanna get some 2000s clothes but i dont know any good places nearby! D:

the only clothing shops nearby are macy's and tj max and i dont live near many thrifts!! could you guys recommend a few good shops and i am in desperate need for some some scene clothing!! >_<
