King for a Day, by Crush. I didn't discover the existence of this relatively short-lived band until over a decade later; they were based in Nova Scotia and never made it big in the US. Such a good song. (One of the two guys from Crush, Cory Tetford, is now the guitarist for Alan Doyle's Beautiful Band, and they sometimes play this song live at Alan Doyle shows, with Cory on vocals.)
