Faceless creature??

Hey y'all!! I'd like to introduce myself by saying I've been able to see ghosts and spirits since I was nine years old, but the other day I saw a new spirit?? I've never seen one like it- 

So basically think like Slenderman? But short- like average human hight, and a regular human body. He was wearing a yellow raincoat, he just had no face it was so weird- all the ghost spirits I've seen had faces, even if they're disfigured. ALSO!! it didn't seem as see through as most spirits I've seen?? Not as solid as a human but oddly physical 

Does anyone have any clue what kind of spirit/creature this could be?
