He slays bro, tbh realistically he would of soloed Ash with his SHINY MEGA METAGROSS but of course Ash has plot armor TnT, plus he likes rocks, liking rocks is a green flag. Nemona is pretty rad. She’s defeated the top champion in Paldea and Geeta even implies that she could tell Nemona was holding back. On top of that she’s just a really cool concept for a rival, being strong from the start but holding back to nurture your own progress.

My favorite character and who I think is the strongest Trainer are two different answers, but I think that Cynthia, Ash, Nemona and Leon.
