Can anyone tell me how to add a gif behind the navbar like on this profile?

Looking at the profiles setup they are using a nav .top css snipit to generate the desired effect. if you are on desktop right click in there profile and select view page source and search for
nav .top
then copy and modify what you need into your own css code

@squishy, I did that and replaced the very minimal nav .top css snippet in my layout. Weirdly, it did nothing. Something in my code must be preventing it.
If you see this, thank you amnyway.
