It rly depends where u live! I’ve found Sanrio things at the thrift and party stores, but I’ve heard in the US u can find things at the dollar store too!

they're not official decor, ofc but lots of swapmeets n flea markets sell sanrio stuff ! ! they're really cute too, they're just not official merch

I've seen some cute finds on eBay and japanese mercari or Buyee for really good prices it is a bit of a learning curve but the prices are unbeatable

ALIEXPRESS. I have LOTS of experience!! Temu too! Maybe even SHEIN (I have no experience with SHEIN, only ALIEXPRESS and Temu)

ıf you like DIY stuff you can find cute papercraft on pintrest. These are literally looks good on desk or surfaces and quite affordable with just the print cost.
