I was always interested in the old days of youtube, to the point i even made a channel where i only posted vintage like videos. However, it didnt felt like the real thing, so i started to use Wayback Machine to go ''back in time''.

Once i visited a page from 2012, and I watched a video named ''RIP tunafat'', in which a username was reviewing the channel of the same name. This username was named RocketUpAnBoom, and in the description of the video he explained how this tunafat guy deleted his channel.

Other users commented on the video, most of them acting angry or dissapointed about tunafat, since this guy was apparently responsible for posting the 3rd ever video on youtube. But what catched my attention was a hate comment coming straight from none other than Jawed himself. In case you dont know, he is the co founder of youtube.

Jawed insulted Rocket for trying to get into other people's bussiness, and he warned him to stop working on ''his useless project''. This caught my attention. Jawed usually appeared to be a nice guy that wont just threaten someone like this. That meant that the user Rocket must have done something really bad.

I searched the RIP tunafat video on youtube and i was shocked to see that there was no date, no title, no like/dislike count, no description, no comment section, no nothing... It was only the video on a black screen. And this was not the only video he posted. Every other video he made followed the same pattern of nothingness, and all of them were reviews to the oldest youtube channels.

I sensed that something was wrong. I closed youtube and refreshed it several times, still got the same weird video. I was very confused at that moment. Not only about this weird channel, but also about the ''useless experiment'' that Jawed mentioned in 2012. I went on the first ever video on youtube (and also the only video of jawed that is avaible) and commented several times about this whole situation, hoping he would notice and answer. Silly me... i wasnt aware of the fact that he probably doesnt even remember about RocketUpAnBoom, also I noticed that my comments were deleted...

I went like this for several days, until someone (whose name I will not say as they chose to remain unknown to this story) responded me the following: 

''Stop sending so many questions, he will never answer them. But I will. I was on youtube during that whole drama with Rocket. He wanted to create an extension called SilentTube, in which every channel could post videos without like/dislike count and comments. It was a place where you could only watch and not express your opinion in any way. Even if Rocket was something of a programator himself, he still needed a skillfull team and Google's permission, stuff which he failed to get. I think he was a friend of tunafat, aka Steve Chen, one of the co founders. He might have received some programming skills from him. At least this is my personal theory because the bastard was able to create the extension he desired without the permission of everyone. It sounds crazy man, but I saw it. It was on youtube for only 1 day, before someone reported to Google about it. I visited it for some minutes, the only videos up there were Rocket's videos in which he was stalking other channels. I tried to post a video there too, but i wasnt allowed. Anyway, Jawed got angry at him and the ytb team most likely terminated the account. But as you can see, his videos are still up here. I dont know how they dealed with Silenttube, but i guess it made Rockets channel immortal, if i can say so. Dont try to search it up on wayback mechine, the link to the original extension was lost and the ytb team made sure it wont be recovered again. I hope you got all the info you need buddy, pls delete your comment so my reply can be deleted too''.

Wow. Not only i discovered a big mistery but I was also able to... solve it that fast? I honestly couldnt trust this username, so i searched about it on youtube, hoping that someone also found out about this weird thing. Luckily, someone made a video about it in which he was acting as confused as I did first time. I noticed the comment of yet another ''legendary youtuber'', iluomo, the 40th ever made channel. He was known for hacking the shit out of ytb, mostly for the ''delete the h from watch'' thing. His comment was saying that RocketUpAnBoom was a channel that went hidden using an option that is no longer avaible, and because of this he was not able to recover it anymore. I was suspicious of those statements, as I still believed in the SilentTube thing, so i asked iluomo if he ever heard about it. But he responded with: ''mind your bussiness, you dont want to get involved in this''.

That was the momment when i started to get scared. I listened to him, as i really didnt wanna get in trouble with the greatest hacker from youtube. However, i couldnt help but think: what if iluomo is actually Rocket, who is trying to hide his mistakes? What if he is gonna try make another SilentTube?

I dont know. I dont know what is going on with this site.

I think possibly one of my all time favorite creepypastas ever has got to be the princess. I first found out about it when I was like nine years old, and of course at the time I didn’t know about creepypastas. So when I stumbled upon a video about the princess on YouTube, I believed it and it kept me so scared for so long lol (c" ತ,_ತ)

Anyways, I don’t really have the patience to write the most detailed overview cuz I’m extremely lazy so here’s a short one instead:

Basically, the princess is an entity that can appear in any video game, even though she’s not programmed into them. She’s more common in single player games that are on consoles and will rarely ever appear on a multiplayer game. When she does appear, the game starts getting all corrupted and creepy, eventually to the point where if you continue to play while she’s in the game, it’ll just go entirely off script and do these things it’s definitely not supposed to do.
