ok im a alienkin and therian and i dont shift at all and its been months and i haven’t shifted and the first time i had a shift it was a unwanted shift bc i was in public so i had to try and force myself from actually shifting.so my question is how can i make it easier to shift naturally?

i dont have an answer but i find myself to also not have frequent shifts ive only had three but they were very short.
