Thoughts on the ~natural~ makeup trend?

Cream blushes, serum foundations, and dewy skin - oh my! What's your opinion on the dewy and natural makeup that's in rn?

Personally I'm on the fence about it. I like it more than the cut crease matte ultra glam that was in 5 years ago, especially with all the lip gloss and skincare-infused face products we have running around now, but at the same time I prefer complex eye looks and a bit more coverage than thoughts prayers and tinted moisturizer.
