Super angry while driving

I am pretty much always a super calm and collected dude. I very rarely let things get to me, and if something does I manage to keep my cool and not lash out at anyone. THAT BEING SAID, if I'm behind the wheel of a large automobile, I lose my shit over the smallest thing. If someone near me goes too fast, I get mad. If they go too slow, I get mad. If someone changes lanes too quickly, I get mad. There have been times where I've seriously considered crashing into someone just because they did something stupid, and it made me angry. Should I be worried about this?

It’s great that you recognize this and are thinking about it. Feeling frustrated behind the wheel is common, but letting anger take control can be dangerous. Here are some tips:

  • Practice Calm Techniques: Try deep breathing to manage anger when driving.

  • Identify Triggers: Understand what sets you off and remind yourself not to take it personally.

  • Prioritize Safety: If you feel too angry, pull over and take a break.

If this is becoming a bigger issue, consider getting professional support. You can find helpful resources at Driving School Near Me.
