Scary Dreams

i was at home and everything was dark, i opened blinds and turned on lights to get rid of the darkness (there was still some moonlight), then i walked backwards to my living room, then from my parents room something was coming out the closet, it was 2 long white arms, and then a whole body came out, ( ill try find a picture close to what he looked like), the moment he came out he started doing weird movements like a dancer mixed with a contortionist, at the same time that i saw that my body felt like it was being pierced by thousands of needles and a loud white noise was messing up my ears, it was like in movies where a jumpscare happens and it goes from quiet to VROOOOOOOOOOMM, anyways everything went black and i felt as if i had fallen, i heard people screaming and woke up, the crazy thing tho is that i still felt the needles and vibrations when i woke up,

i also forgot to mention that this dream happened after i woke up (took a nap), before that nap i had heard 2 loud roars or screams WHILE I WAS AWAKE, but they sounded like they were in my head, not to mention my family sees stuff in my room so they think i got demons now, even worse in have way more stories.
