love advice needed

okayyyy so i like this girl but i have really no clue what to do about it. she's a friend of my best friend, so we interact quite often (not everyday but yk, we chat sometimes) and we've also hung out a couple of times (with the entire friend group tho).

i'm positive she doesn't inherently dislike me, actually, she's nice around me and she even replies to my texts always (she's generally a very dry texter), but i'm also quite certain she doesn't see me in the romantic way. 

what can i do to get closer to her so it's not awkward anymore if i ask her to hang out so we hang out and hopefully she falls in love w me?
