I have use Linux Mint as my main distro for past few months which I got the basic of using Linux and know what Desktop Environment/Tiling-Manager I want to use. Is it worth switching to Debain?

To be honest, I don't Arch is for me as I don't want to roll back some my packages too much and just would rather just crack on and be much more stable, even if it's means I'm a version behind compare to other distro.

Maybe try exploring another distribution based on Debian like MX Linux.  Vanilla Debian will work too if you install the things you want but the way some distributions have the operating system set up out of the box can be useful.

I CANT SAY BECAUSE EVERYBODY HAVE DIFFERENT TASTE BUT I WILL RECOMMEND TO TRY DEBIAN AND OTHER FLAVORS OR OTHER OS AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU CAN ALLAYS SWITCH TO LINUX MINT THE ONLY RECOMMENDATION THAT I CAN GIVE IS BACKUP YOUR DATA
