i want to change my body

im super tired of my weight and the high blood pressure i feel which it really sucks,, its hard to stick on a diet especially living in a hispanic household ,, can somebody give me tips on how to stay healthy and keep on that track??

reducing sodium is huge for lowering BP! portion control as well, for weight.

you can definitely eat any kind of food and still lose weight and be healthy!

It's just about being mindful of calories and activity levels.

if you can avoid eating when you aren't hungry, that already makes a huge difference.

reducing any liquids with calories is helpful too. soda, juice, alcohol, etc.
