self love advice?

Why would you want to love yourself? That's just narricistic! 

my best advice, experience, you will ended up loving yourself, pros and cons with time, your defects are something no one notice but yourself, always try to improve yourself and do excersises, eventually your self steem and mind will do it's work, don't overthink, and be happy with yourself, that you are a quite an amazing person.

there is nothing narcissistic about self love. im happy that you have decided to start this path for yourself. I'm working on it too. I think the best thing to keep in mind is that this kind of thing isn't linear; there will be times when you might feel like it's getting bad again, but that never means you've lost all your progress. Be gentle with yourself when you make mistakes, persevere, and remind yourself that your negative thoughts don't have to be reality.
