Take a look at old discord revival projects like oldcord (https://oldcordapp.com) and Hummus (https://hummus.sys42.net) which revive the old discord clients (hummus being jan 2017 and oldcord being more focused on 2015/2016 discord) with a custom backend reimplementation to imitate how discord was around that time
