Whats your favorite song/album, and why?

It's my favourite album too, when my band started all we did was play covers of songs on mellon collie :)

very late ngl, def siamese dream, i love the whole meaning and the songs are just bop after bop yk? its a mix of like upbeat and then like depressing asf 

i think that Siamese Dream is my personal favorite, and my favorite smashing pumpkins song is an ode to no one 

Off on a limb here lol but the machina albums are beautifully underrated. And all things considered probably my favorite. The mixing and quality int always the greatest but listening to the acoustic demos, live versions, and other stuff it's just to show how much though went into those albums. A favorite track would probably be something like the acoustic version of blue skies bring teats, glass and the ghost children, try try try, stand inside your love, or let me give the world to you (even though that's techinily a adore Era song it was on machina 2 so). Overall I think people should give them a better chance they're very well crafted albums

my favorite song is x.y.u. i fell in love with that song and the band in 2020, and i just love it. i love the live videos of them playing that song, i love the demos of the song, i love playing it on bass, i just love it :3 i could literally play it on repeat for hours and not get sick of that song. i'm in love will mellon collie and the infinite sadness in general. tales of a scorched earth and porcelina of the vast oceans also rank pretty high for me.
