My partner has pots syndrome what can i do to help?

My partner has pots syndrome what can i do to help? I am doing research and stuff but i need more help understanding pots syndrome and how to help my partner deal/cope with it. I'm sorry if this sounds rude or judgy its not meant to i just honestly don't know what to do or how to help.
