the thing i found that helped me out the most when i moved out the first time and got absolutely slammed with all the negative things at once was making a small routine. mine was a multi-step face washing routine, it gave me something to look forward to. it can take a while to build a routine but it can really be worth it. a few years later i added in a couple of more things that i try to do daily, they pull me out of my own head and let me rest for a while.
