my first ouija experience

long story: i set the scene by lighting many candles and only keeping mood lamps on. my brother wanted some atmospheric 'native american sounds' on the music box as well. we sat on the floor to do it on the coffee table. after explaining the rules a third time we started the séance. not sure how long we took, but after a good while of nothing happening, we ended it.

a few minutes of calming down later we realized we had been hasty and the rules clearly specify silence. so, we cleared our heads, turned off the american mood music, and were way more patient. i waited entire minutes after questions instead of asking one every 30 sec. at one point, after again repeating we were welcoming anyone and anything to communicate with us, the pointer did move. slowly but clearly. we all gasped and whispered that it was moving. it didn't go one way however, rather it kinda went in every direction briefly (again, moving millimeters at most) and then came to a halt. during this there was like an enormous heat above the table. i started sweating and felt an unpleasant sensation crawling up my leg, like it was falling asleep in fast motion. i spent many more minutes convincing and cheering on for it to continue moving but it was everything we saw. we ended it again and soon everyone went home.

i definitely might try it again, perhaps with one or two other people instead of four total. i believe 2-3 people is more effective. also we literally bought a board so it'd be stupid to let it collect dust after 1 hour of usage.
