I like Natsuki's "Amy likes spiders" cause of its meaning Natukis writing style is so creative and I really like how this can apply to a lot of real world issues :3

Natsuki's poems so meaningfull.
Specially this one.
Monkeys can climb
Crickets can leap
Horses can race
Owls can seek
Cheetahs can run
Eagles can fly
People can try
But that's about it.

plum: Honestly, I'm torn. I really love and relate to Yuri and Sayori's poems, they're both so well written and expressive, but I'd say it's either Bottles or The Raccoon. Both of them I really love and relate to, ehehe...

Definitely the one yuri wrote about cutting bread and feeding it to racoons (I think it was raccoons) bc she said it wasn't about bread or food at all it was about her and I don't know if she wanted the club to know or not but if you read it with it being about her you know issue in mind it's a totally different feeling to the poem

imo, i like the poems "Hole in Wall" and "Bottles" because of how they indirectly tell you about Monika and Sayori's situacion

Although I like the original DDLC poems a lot, a couple of my favorites have to be in the DDLC plus version because to be it allows me to understand the characters more and I could relate to certain aspects of them too. (≧◡≦) ♡
One that I liked was Natsukis poem: "The Best Place in the World" because to me I feel like when I meet new people its hard for me to actually open up to them about myself. :p
Another one I liked was Yuris special events poem which kinda reminds me of Natsukis poem above because its also hard for me to get the courage to talk to people as well sometimes...
I like the metaphors that they used about their bedrooms, cause they feel like they are opposites but they both actually have a lot in common :3

I really like "The best place in the world" from ddlc plus, I relate to it a lot!
I love my bedroom.
It's full of bright colors and soft things.
The sunlight shines in and makes everything sparkle.
It's the best place in the world.
It has all my treasures.
All my books, my collections, my memories.
All of my dreams were born in this room.
It's the best place in the world.
It has all my secrets.
All my failures, my fears, my feelings.
Sometimes it feels so fragile that the door will break at the slightest touch.
But it's still the best place in the world.
But when someone knocks, I get scared.
I brace my arms against the loose hinges.
Please don't break. Don't come in. I'm not ready.
It's MY best place in the world.
The knocking won't stop.
I block the door with furniture.
An eye peeks through the keyhole, and I panic. I'm trapped in the best place in the world.
I'm not ready to share my favorite place.
I need to clean my secrets and make my bed to hide my nightmares.
I need to touch them to put them away. To see them again.
I have so much to do and I'm scared. I'm not ready.
But It's still my favorite place.
I still want to share it.
However long it takes, if you wait patiently,
I'll eventually open the door.
And I'll show you the best place in the world
