I have long hair and I'd like to try the emo haircut. It's common on people with this hairstyle to cut their own hair, but honestly that option scares me a little because I have never cut my own hair. And if I have my hair cut by a hairdresser, it's very probable that I don't get the haircut I want, so any recomendations?

If you're unsure of the stylist accurately doing what you ask for it's always good to bring in pictures you can show of what exactly it is you want done, good way of avoiding misunderstandings that can come up from just explaining! And as someone who has done hairdressing work — We always appreciate a visual example for anything so specific!
