I feel like classical music is hard to get into because it's so hard to form that connection and emotion, especially from the older Baroque and Classical eras. I think a great start would be some romantic era stuff, it's more gut wrenchingly heartbreaking, and beautifully simple. Even if it's super popular or whatnot, all that matters is you enjoy it and connect with it! Here's my reccomendation

It pulls on the strings, at least mine

I've loved classical music for the longest time and here are some songs that I've played on my instrument or just really like to listen to while studying.
Finale from symphony no.1 by kalinnikov - This song made me very emotional because as Kalinnikov was writing this symphony he was on his death bed. He had all of this music in his head and just had to get it all out before he died at the young age of 34. When you think about his music show many aspects of life itself. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wwxoeoW3G_4&t=319s
symphonic movement by Vacáv Nelhybel (very modern and an interesting piece overall may not be for everyone but it sure is fun to play) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2yj-M2df8oE
Little rascal by Toshifumi Hinata - It a has a waltz feel to it. I am so obsessed with this song and it perfect to listen to while going on a walk or while fantasizing that perfect life lol. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTyKMJJhAnI
Impromptu also by Toshifumi Hinata- Another good song from this musician also another perfect studying song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9sb9I70CzvY
I've found that there are quite a few good classical song from japanese artist or artist from places other than the US and a lot of times they're a lot better that US artist so don't be afraid to explore everywhere when it comes to music.

I love love love classical music!!
For a good entire album, it's not really classical cause it wasn't made in the classics era but is a good quick and coherent listen is The Architect by Kerry Muzzey and performed by the London Symphony Orchestra, there are some bangers and i have listen to entire thing multiple times.
Classical music also underwent so many different changes and no composer is the same, definitely listen to some Tchaikovsky because his music is so great and can have so many different emotions.
If you want something more edgy, listen to some Stravinsky, especially his Rite of Spring, that ballet basically caused riots when it was released because of how different it was in terms of classic music, i also recommended watching the ballet on youtube for the full experience.
On youtube, posted by the San Francisco Symphony is the docu-series Keeping Score, which gives insight into multiple classic composers and if you really want to get into it i'd say definitely wat h some of those because it gives the history of the composers as well as seeing it performed by the symphony and small little snippets of some of the performers. My music theory teacher had us watch them and they were really cool looks into the history of classical music.
