For me it's been around 6 years since I stopped drinking and smoking after
cutting the ties with an unhealthy invornment for me.
Never really did substances other than alcohol and tabacco.

When I was a teen I decided to be Straight Edge, so I've never really drank or done drugs to begin with (I'm 25 now). My faith, my music interests, and seeing what drugs have done to people close to me, all made being Straight Edge pretty natural for me.

never began drinking or smoking in the first place. which i know is a privilege and a very rare opportunity. so I think i'll stay sober

so proud of everyone here !!! been drinking, smoking, taking substances throughout my teenage years. stopped drinking & taking drugs three years ago and then stopped smoking and claimed edge almost a year ago! also went vegan three months ago. i feel sm better lol
