I'll go first. 

Salsa Chicken

all you need is Chicken, Picante sauce. tortillas and seasoning.

I make mine in an instant pot but slow cookers work too. 
I use a 2lbs of chicken season with whatever seasoning you like just make sure it'll work well with the picante sauce. I dump that and a full jug of picante sauce in the pot cook till the chicken falls apart and then i shred the chicken up and mix it back in. I eat on tortillas but also makes good chicken nachos if you have cheese to top it with.

So sometimes i'll buy one of those instant yakisoba noodles and fry some leftover mushrooms, red and green peppers and add some seasonings to it while microwaving my yakisoba and after they're both done, i'll add them together and put some sriacha sauce to it for that sweet and spicy flavor

taco night always cheap!


knorr brand taco rice

1 can of black beans

1 lb ground beef

taco seasoning

tortillas 


just cook and combine it all. you could def make this for under $13 and it’s easy to make! you could also cook a large amount of the rice and beans and eat all week
