Hi!
So you right-click on the blinkie and copy the link of the blinkie (must end with .gif), then in your profile you add <img src="https://plasticdino.neocities.org/blinkie/blinkies.html">

i recommend making an imgur account and uploading them there first, then you can copy the HTML code from imgur and put it in your profile. check mine out and let me know if you need more help.
