Im not sure entirely if its spiritual but it mentions how to be at your core of feminine energy
I personally found it important because it makes you reach you careful self (^^) not playing into gender roles or for it being only directed towards women. It teaches stillness, peace, and more serenity.

Not sure if it counts as spiritual,but the Trussel Duncan show is my fave.
I love his energy and takes on multiple topics
