A sound idea, however it’s not just something you can make up Willy Nilly, vampiric satanism is complicated and implementing it into an organized structure like a cult is even harder. Again though, totally wicked idea.

You could look into the Asetian traditon (Temple of Aset.) The worshippers of Set, a hermetic order established by Eliphas Levy after a disagreement he had with Anton LaVey, use satanic ritual to figuratively (or literally if you are deluded enough) devour their enemies. I personally do not vibe with the idea of ceremonial vampirism, I don't find it self-empowering. I am starting a cult tho...
