Horace Mann invented school and what is today the United States' modern school system. Horace was born in 1796 in Massachusetts and became the Secretary of Education in Massachusetts where he championed an organized and set curriculum of core knowledge for each student. we have him to thank for school i hate him please tell me why he had to be like i should make a place for people to learn so they can be smrt and give them horrible teacher like (T-T).
