Urgent sale of a house is not an uncommon phenomenon. The need to sell the property as soon as possible may be caused by various reasons - moving, lack of funds, etc. To achieve your goal, you need to clearly think through a plan of action, dividing it into consecutive steps.

I hope you're not currently residing under a bridge as I have been unable to reply to your question until this moment. How to find a proper estate agent? Well, first, pop a sweet tab of E and walk into the yard to find a pigeon. It is uncommon knowledge, but pigeons are actually estate agents /as well as/ agents for the state. Always check and make sure to dodge any low flying ones as this is a scam tactic to try and get your chimneys for their nests. Never give in!
I've done this three times now, and each time my house has sold like a dream!
