what was one of your most terrifing experiences?

for me it'd probably have to be the whole of last month, i was under so much stress it as actually making me sick. my right arm would basically go completely numb and cold and i had to go to the hospital for it because it wouldn't move. but lucky for me my doctor used to be a therapist and realized not long after it was because of how high my stress levels were ^^,
so now when ever i feel stressed i always think i might have to go to the doctors again.

it’s funny now that i look back on it.. but i have a condition w my knee that makes it so my knee just dislocated randomly.
the first time it actually dislocated i was maybe 12 and on a school reward trip to a water park (i had never been to a water park so i was rlly excited). The first ride i went on my two friends at the time completely ditched me on the ride THEY wanted to go on, i was only going cos i didn’t wanna be alone, so they ditch me and i need to try to find the where the water slide starts and where they went- I found it eventually ;-;
so the ride itself was mega boring and i hated it but the pool it went into at the bottom was raised up like a bathtub, so i went to step out and my knee dislocated. i was clearly in pain and saw some of the older kids from my school and tried to signal for them to come over or at least that something was wrong, but they didn’t. eventually a girl from a different school came and got a teacher/lifeguard.
i came back to school and everyone was complaining that i shut down the water slide they wanted to go on
